Early bird registration fee - 1 August 2024 - 31 March 2025: £415
Late registration fee - 1 April 2025 - 3 June 2025: £500
Deadline for presenting authors to register: 15 May 2025
Registration closes: 3 June 2025
Cancellation policy:
Before 18 March 2025: Full refund, less payment processing fees.
Between 19 March and 18 May 2025: 50% refund, less payment processing fees.
From 19 May 2025 onwards: No refund is possible.
You can transfer the booking free of charge to another person's name up to 31 May 2025.
Payment method:
The payment method available for registration is: credit/debit card. Payments are processed via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to pay in this way. If you don't have an account, you don't need to 'login' to PayPal but instead click on 'Pay by debit or credit card'.
Payments are made to Kinetix Events Ltd, the congress organiser, and will appear on your bank statement as: ICC2025KINETIX
