Who would have thought the pandemic would infringe on our comfort for so long?  Comfort of face coverings is still a topic, not to mention the comfort of social interaction which we seem to have to relearn: Some have discovered the comfort of isolation, others are missing face-to-face get-togethers severely.

Following previous congresses in Salerno in 2017, Delft in 2019, and the fully online 2021 congress hosted by Nottingham Trent University, and in Amberg in 2023, we are pleased to announce that the International Comfort Congress will be held for the fifth time in 2025. We hope that you will be able to join us on 16-20 June 2024 for the congress taking place at Gore, Delaware, USA.  More information to follow soon.

The congress will offer opportunities to discuss products, studies and theories related to comfort in many application areas, such as clothing, cars, commercial vehicles, airplanes, future interiors and mobility. Topics range from thermal and vibration to visual (dis)comfort, comfort evaluation and interpretation methods, product quality parameters and comfort theory. Our common goal is to share the latest findings and stimulate ideas across sectors and between industry and research.
